We will focus on research in a variety of contexts (academic, journalistic, social media, non profit websites, etc.) in addition to developing client communication and audit protocols (email, interviews, social network analysis, design review, QA).

Our activities:
- In a group of two or three students, choose a non profit org (NP) from our in-class list and develop an initial audit of their website and social media channels. Follow the template provided in class.
- Begin research for your Annotated Bibliography and Presentation assignment that focuses on engagement, design, or a topic within critical internet studies; identify 5 academic sources.
