By Tuesday, submit an email documenting one of the interactions (one team member drafts, the other edits).
By Wednesday, submit a memo to your fictional team analyzing the perspectives of those who documented the event and making recommendations (one member drafts, the other edits).
On Thursday or Friday, invite/accept an invite to a 10-min Teams meeting with a peer (not your drafting partner) to introduce yourselves and discuss your memo and theirs.
